hi annie! my advice from my own personal experience, of course, is to gently transition. like, try to eat a raw organic breakfast first. then if you can handle a raw organic salad for lunch, you can have a nice cooked dinner!
go in baby steps. so that you don't have a relapse and go back to eating total junk. ;o)
of course, some people can start totally raw overnight. not me because i had cravings for the old cooked foods. i had to address that psychologically and emotionally.
but breakfast is perfect. you can juice or make a smoothie in the morning. that's a good start.
omg, luv the new avatar... sexy-kinda... is that a chocolate bar?
y'know i can still find raw chocolate bars around....
is your band planning to tour sometime?
i'm still freelancing but trying to move away from drums and more to piano for solo work, and hopefully in 2009 a "cruise gig". haha... would luv to be in a rock band tho... i was in a punk band before.
i'm okay. expectedly (because of economy) less xmas parties to perform this year. but, i'm practicing a lot of jazz piano... never ends. always something new to learn. and re-learning tunes i know.
